Creëer je eigen rapporten in Qlik Sense met de Climber Custom Report Extensie
Je kunt nu aangepaste rapporten aanmaken op basis van de hoofdtabel in Qlik Sense! In deze tutorial introduceren wij deze nieuwe uitbreiding – de Climber custom report tool – die het mogelijk maakt dat elke gebruiker kan kiezen welke data er wordt toegevoegd in hun report. Een gestructureerde vorm van self-service die het mogelijk maakt dat alle gebruikers, ongeacht het niveau, toegang heeft tot alle aanpasbare tables. Zoals altijd, onze extensies zijn beschikbaar via Qlik Branch.
Self-service voor iedereen
Met onze aangepast rapport extensie, kunnen alle gebruikers aangepaste rapporten in Qlik Sense op basis van gegevens uit de hoofdtabel creëren. Door het creëren van een tabel en het maken van een master item, wordt het beschikbaar in het aangepast rapport. Je kunt dan kiezen welke waarden en afmetingen je wil hebben.
Kolommen kunnen gesorteerd worden door middel van een drag-and-drop-functie. Omdat de tabel een standaard onderdeel is van de Qlik Sense tabel, zijn alle gebruikelijke functies zoals sorteren en exporteren naar Excel beschikbaar. Je kunt er ook voor zorgen dat het custom rapport minimaliseren, toevoegen in de view die je wil hebben, vergroten naar fullscreen en deze onthoud netjes alle posities van de desbetreffende gebieden, zodat je altijd verder kunt waar je was gebleven.

De custom report extensie werkt met Qlik Sense 3.0 en alle latere versies. Download en installeer Qlik Sense en download vervolgens de extensie via Qlik Branch. Op Qlik Branch kun je ook andere extensies vinden die je kunt toevoegen aan Qlik Sense.
